After working as commercial director for one of the UK’s most established retailers, Ahmed felt he had had enough and wanted more out of life. He was introduced to the direct selling industry in 2013. Immediately he felt it in his heart that he had finally discovered what he was looking for. When he was quickly successful, he courageously stepped down from his leadership position and decided to make direct selling his profession. With an exemplary work ethic and a burning desire to succeed, he learned the essential skills and knowledge required to become a success story. In just two years, he rose to the highest rank within the company. He was then selected to be flown around the world to train a wide variety of budding entrepreneurs on how to become similar success stories when they had an insatiable desire to succeed and are willing to roll up their sleeves and join the Work to do.

Today, Ahmed is known in the industry for his ability to generate massive momentum. He successfully built a global organization with tens of thousands of independent distributors. He has been a true catalyst for the growth of direct selling in the UK and his influence is evident in the tens of thousands of inspired people who actively follow him on social media.

When Ahmed realized that there was no other company that offered an opportunity as he had strongly envisioned, he and his two other friends and business associates founded NeXarise with the vision of becoming the largest direct selling company in the world, making it possible many people to take advantage of the residual income.

Asad came to the UK to continue his college education in economics and accounting. After successfully completing his Masters Degree with Honors in Business Administration from Cardiff Metropolitan University, he was soon selected to run the accounts for an internationally renowned fashion business. He then took over the management of the entire business of one of the largest logistics companies in Europe.

Then he stepped into the world of direct selling and quickly realized its highest potential to enable individuals to make a living beyond their imagination. He got to work using the ingredients of his natural leadership skills combined with strong determination and work ethic. He broke all records to become the youngest person to reach the highest rank in the fastest time of just 2 years.

Asad has proven that he is a globally recognized master trainer by building an organization spanning 20 different countries allowing him to earn the title of one of the UK’s top earning direct selling companies. By investing a lot of time researching the latest industry trends, he clearly realized that there was a huge gap in the industry for an opportunity that could combine the best of any direct selling company in the world. It was then that he made the bold decision to partner with the other two founders of NeXarise with an unbreakable vision to make history in the industry.

As Chairman of NeXarise, Asad brings to the table his unique strength in business strategy and dynamic leadership skills that enable NeXarise to become one of the greatest titans in the industry.

LIJU THOMAS

Possessed of Indian heritage, Liju came to the UK to pursue higher education after being educated in the Middle East. After successfully completing his electrical engineering studies at Queen Mary University in London, he was immediately appointed to the management of one of the largest engineering firms in the world. He was then appointed to the management of one of the largest insurance companies in Great Britain. His flair for entrepreneurship began when he founded two successful start-ups in the healthcare sector. In 2012 he was introduced to the direct selling industry. He immediately fell in love with the job because it not only creates financial freedom for himself, but can also influence life worldwide. Realizing that he had finally found his calling, he made the bold decision to put his existing career and business aside and passionately devoted all of his time to becoming a professional in the direct selling industry.

With a determined work ethic, he quickly mastered all the necessary skills and rose to one of the highest positions within the company in record time. However, when his vision of global expansion did not align with this company’s vision, he decided to work with the other two founders of NeXarise to create what would one day become the largest direct selling company in the world.

In addition, Liju Thomas, who is referred to as “Coach Thomas” by his mentees, is a very sought-after international speaker, mentor and coach for aspiring and established entrepreneurs. As the legendary keynote speaker, he has influenced thousands of entrepreneurs around the world from the big stages. His inspirational speeches have been used and translated in multiple languages ​​in the field of public speaking and communication.
